Request account deletion

Email contact@mellitinexus.com from the address associated with your sign-in. Use the subject MelliBridge account deletion request. State whether you want MelliBridge data/account access removed or the shared suite sign-in identity removed as well. Do not send your password, one-time code, child records or medical documents.

The publisher needs to verify ownership and the requested scope before account removal. After ownership and scope are verified, the publisher handles the request within 30 days and confirms the result. This page opens an email request; it does not itself authenticate a user or execute deletion.

Remove MelliBridge shared data in the app

In Shared messages or Community, open Shared account → Delete MelliBridge shared data. The confirmation explains that shared families and conversations involving you, their organizer snapshots and retry receipts, your MelliBridge profile/posts/reports/blocks and related rate records are removed. Other parents can lose access to those shared conversations. The shared email identity and other apps’ data are kept by this action.

Remove local information

Use local-data controls where available, or Android Settings → Apps → MelliBridge → Storage → Clear data. Device records, shared caches and attachments are separate from connected-service records. Clearing this device does not delete server records or copies on another parent’s device. Selecting a shared workspace again can download retained server records. Exported files and external backups must be removed separately.

Retention of organizer records

Old parent-pair snapshots become eligible for cleanup after 30 days without an update, and retry receipts after 90 days, through the daily server cleanup and authorized sync cleanup. Current shared records remain until replaced or deleted. See the privacy policy for details. These rules do not erase provider backups or copies already downloaded by another parent.

Shared identity and provider copies

The sign-in identity is used across connected suite apps. Do not request identity deletion unless you also intend its effect on those apps. Provider security logs and backups may be subject to separate policies; no verified universal immediate-erasure promise is made.
